Conwell was founded in Izmir, Turkey in 2008 by Bahattin KOR, a mechanical engineer, and Gökhan KAVADAR, a mechanical engineer. Since its establishment, it has been a pioneer organization in Turkey in the production of egg coding, sorting and packaging systems that are needed by medium and large scale egg production farms both in Turkey and abroad.

In 2010, they produced the WellSelect D101, the first domestic electronic egg grading machine in Turkey. Today, the production of this model is still ongoing. On the other hand, the company continues its R & D activities with TÜBITAK and develops high-level egg classification systems with advanced technology.

Conwell continues to provide solutions for egg coding, sorting and typesetting machines to Central and South America, Europe, the Balkans and the Middle East countries.
